Lincoln-Homes for sale are priced between $300k $2 million. Most of the higher end properties are in the Catte Verdera Neighborhood and most of the lower priced properties are in older parts of the city of Lincoln. A great newer area Lincoln that offers a lot of value is Lincoln Crossing.

As you can see by the above values Lincoln is about middle price for homes in the overall Sacramento area. Lincoln has a very diverse collection of homes There are the cheaper older neighborhoods and then there are million dollar homes up in the golf course communities. Then there is newer houses in Lincoln crossing. Lincoln crossing is a great neighborhood if you want good schools and newer homes.

Lincoln has easy access to both the I-5 and the I-80 freeways. These freeways will get you to the airport in 30 minutes or you can make a run to Tahoe in 1.5 hours. It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Galleria mall for great shopping and 20-30 minutes to get downtown.
Most of Lincoln was built after 1990. The average home is made with wood frame construction, stucco siding and on a slab foundation. This is a great design for the area and leads to years of use without much maintenance.
