The Market Report-Roseville Real Estate gives you an overall view of the USA Housing Market. California is still doing pretty good. Dark red is highest appreciation in property values. Green represents the least appreciation. In the future I will add to this page and give some more localized data to show the different local markets. Current as of 2017.
The above graph was created 01-14-2019. It shows a pretty tight market. With pending sales being up, active listings are up and solds are down for the month of December from last year. I like to compare the most recent month with last years figures. This gives you a good relative measuring stick. With unemployment sitting around 3% in Roseville and inventory as tight as it is, I think this springs is shaping up to be a very active market with some decent price appreciation.
Of course these graphs are all rear facing so email or call me if you want to get a true on the ground report of the market. I am in the trenches everyday, working with buyers and sellers in the great Roseville Market. This would include Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Orangevale, Loomis, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn and the great Sacramento market.
